How to;



Slice your lemon into equal slices

Remove the pips / seeds if applicable

Place a couple of lemon slices into a tall clean drinking glass or a carafe

Add your cool filtered water to the glass until it reaches a level that you are comfortable with.

Sip your cool lemon water (best drunk first thing in the morning to kickstart the metabolism and aid digestion).
