An added bonus of this recipe is that it can be made in the air fryer which makes it accessible, quick and energy efficient to make. The pears on their own are a nutritious fruit and the whole dish comes together when added to some plain coconut yoghurt which helps to balance the sweetness of the pears whilst adding some much needed nutrients.
