With the heat and humidity my feet in particular tend to swell with water retention in the warmer months. Looking for any way to aid lymphatic drainage I turned to my yoga toolbox to help me out. (The yogi in me always turns to Yoga for answers in cases like this!) I decided I would use Viparita Karani, also known as Legs Up the Wall pose.
